Vladan Đorđević (Belgrade, Principality of Serbia November 21, 1844 — Baden bei Wien, Austria, August 31, 1930) was physician, writer and politician who was mayor of Belgrade, Minister of Education, Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Foreign Affairs.[1][2]
